Do we have a shop you can collect from?

We currently are online order only, we do not offer a collection service at this present time.

When will you dispatch my order?

We try to dispatch within 24 hours of payment.

How long does delivery take?

We use different couriers for different products. Delivery usually take 2-3 business days.

How do I return an item?

You can return your item(s) at a Hermes store or via your local Post Office. Unfortunately, we don’t offer a free returns service. Please contact us to advise us off the return and please provide us with the tracking number of the delivery.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return an item to us with 14 days, the item must be unused and undamaged and in the same condition as when we sent it to you.

How long will it take for my refund/exchange?

All returned items are quality checked normally within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery. Once this has happend and all is good, you will be refunded the price of the item you returned, please allow 48 hours for the return to be processed.

Why don't you have a free returns service?

We try to keep our prices as low as possible for you, introducing a free returns would increase our prices.

What happens if my returns go missing on route?

Please forward us your tracking number as proof you returned your items to us. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing on route and you’ll need your receipt to claim for your missing parcel from your delivery service

What happens if the item is faulty?

We’re very sorry your item is faulty – please return the faulty item back to us for inspection. If the issue is a production fault a replacement will be sent out to you.
Please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your item so we can fix the problem for you as quickly as possible.
